Odd error message

I have a question about CADViewX. I purchased a copy a few months ago (order #300036891) and have a pilot application using it at my customer's site. CADViewX was registered successfully, and has been running flawlessly for a few weeks now, and I'm going to be ordering some more copies when we're ready to deploy our package next month.
However, on the test system, a dialog occasionally pops up saying "The number of licenses is not enough." The title bar of the dialog has the same contents as the main application window: it does not refer to CADViewX. You did send me an update file titled "CADViewX5.1.1+NewCore.zip", which I'm currently using. Is there something I'm doing that would cause this? This is not a critical problem at this point, since we haven't gone live yet, but I'd like to figure it out before we do.
Best regards,
Jim K.
