PrintViewArea flag doesn't affects printing

Hi,

I need to print just an area of a drawing but, if i set the PrintViewArea flag to true and then I call the PrintImage() method, the whole drawing is printed instead of the selection. What am I missing?
Another issue is that the print preview windows isn't affected by the current selection, is there a way to switch between full drawing preview and current selection?

Working on Win XP SP3, VB6 sp6, cadviev 7.0.0.1

Thanks in advance

Hello.
Please pay attention to value true of PrintViewArea flag defines printing the visible part of image, not selected. If problem in printing the visible area, specify lite or pro version you use.

Hi,

actually I mean visible area instead of selection, sorry for the lack in my report.
We are evaluating your ocx for one of our customers, to do this we are using the demo downloaded from your website (cadviewx.zip).
I've seen that ABViewer correctly prints the visible area but the print preview window still shows the whole image.

Our target is to select a valid ocx to properly display and print large HPGL/PLT files (PDF import support would be).

Thanks for your reply.
