CS_DXF licence problem

Hi,
I have a problem with CS_DXF licence. We are using this plugin with XnView nConverter command line tool. A process is created to execute the nConverter from ASP.Net webservice that runs ander ordinary Inet user.
The problem as I can see it lies in the way you store your licence info in the Registry. Why is it stored under HKCU and not under HKLM? Is there any way around this? Is there some kind of server licence that is not connected to a concurrent Windows user?
