tiff convertor to dwg or dxf

I need to be able to take a tff and convert it into an AutoCad file to be able to change to drawing. Will this product do it If yes what do I need

Hello.
TIFF files and any other raster drawings can not be converted into AutoCAD file.

You need a software which is able to do "vectorization"

The vectorization is a nontrivial process. We will try to implement such functional in the future.
