cant convert tiff to dwg

Hi there,

I'm trying to put a map into an existing turbo cad drawing. The map is a tiff file. Turbo cad deluxe 15 import functions does not support jpeg or giff files this is why in utter frustration I bought abviewer because I thought it would convert the files into dwg or dxf format. Although the tiff file appears in abviewer when I try to convert to dxf it wont convert, when I tried to convert to wmf it converted but when I put it in the library palette it just came up blank.
I am absolutely desperate to get these maps into my dwg please let me know if this programme can do this or if I have bought the wrong programme?

We would like you to try ABViewer 7 beta. It is available at: http://www.cadsofttools.com/download/abviewer7beta.zip
ABViewer 7 beta allows creating a blank file and inserting raster images inside ("Draw -> Image" menu item) for further saving in to DXF file format.
