1 License, see which user is using the license

I have a question, we have 1 license ABViewer standard with floating license server installed on a windows 2003 server.

If the license key is in use by 1 user can another user see which user is using the key at that moment ?

Information about active connections is available in "connections" section of CS License Server software from your local server only.
