Can't do that now, it is a customer drawing. The user has domain user rights and recieves this error, but has been able to open other files inculding cgm's in the past. I can open the same drawing and saved it as a dwg. The user could then view, I am a domain admin.

1. Whether this CGM file could be opened by the previous versions of ABViewer?
2. Please send us your DWG file but we doubt that this can help to find the reason of the bug. We need CGM indeed with such bug.
