Reading all TTF when starting - why?

I watch the events, causes by Cadview, and saw, that a first start all TTF (Truetype Fonts) were read from c:\winnt\fonts.

Why?

It causes heavy load and slow starting - is it really necessary?

Hello.
Reading TTF fonts doesn't causes heavy load and slow start. Time period required for this operation is insignificant.
