CADImage.dll error loading DWG in .Net

I have downloaded the CADImage.dll for a demo, and when running the .Net example I receive an error message: -

"Unable to load DLL 'CADImage.dll': The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007e)".

I have Windows XP Pro and VB2005.Net installed with all the latest .Net Framework updates for v1.1 and v2.0

I have tried opening several different DWG drawings, but always receive the same message.

VB6 demo works perfectly.

This error occurs when demo has been compiled with a different dll version or on remote running.
Please send us the error window screenshot, dll library and a demo of the application the error was occured.

I have e-mailed 2 screenshots, the DLL, and the demo application.
